Why Queen City Princess Parties?
Unlike other princess entertainment companies, we are professionally trained actors, models, and musicians. There's no need to go through a third-party booking service - we ARE the talent! We give our best performance each and every time. Not only are we professionally trained entertainers, but we also have a heart for children and love bringing magic to their most memorable day of the year. Once you've attended one of our performances, you'll see why we are considered the best princess party entertainers in the Queen City.
What types of events do you do?
Not only do we perform at birthday parties, but we are also happy to attend charity events, grand openings, parades, festivals, picnics, fairs, school events, library events, day care events, and more! If you have an event you would like for us to attend please let us know.
What areas do you service?
We currently serve the greater Charlotte region including all areas inside of the I-485 loop. We will travel up to 30 miles from the 28262 zip code, and anything over 30 miles from 28262 may be charged a small travel fee.
Does the princess handle all of the kids for an hour?
While we are always excited to meet and entertain your event guests, please note that we are not a childcare service. It is not our responsibility to discipline unruly or uncooperative children. Adult guests are asked to supervise their children in order to provide for the best party experience for all guests. Thank you in advance!
Do I need to tip the princesses?
While tips are never required, they are always appreciated! If you feel that your performer did an outstanding job at your event, feel free to tip them directly. For events of more than 15 guests, a 20% gratuity will automatically be included in the package price.
What happens to photos/videos taken at parties?
Photos and videos of our performances can reasonably be expected to be posted on our website as well as social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Personal information will never be given out, and every effort will be made to protect your child's identity. Photos and videos will be used for promotional purposes only.
How does payment work?
Because all events are on a first-come, first-served basis, a 50% deposit will be required in order to reserve your date and time. You will receive an invoice via email and the remaining balance will be due the day of the event in either cash or check. Events may be rescheduled, subject to availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
All parties performed are non-refundable. Events cancelled up to 1 week before the event date will be refunded. Party cancellations less than 1 week prior to the event date will forfeit 100% of their deposit. Clients may reschedule their party at no extra charge if we have availability. Clients will be refunded 100% of their deposit in the rare event that Queen City Princess Parties has to cancel an event on an emergency basis.
